What that includes
- The visit
- Typically 30 to 60 minutes depending on size. We need access to every room, the loft hatch, the boiler and the meter.
- The certificate
- Usually lodged on the national register within 24 hours of the visit, and within two working days at the latest, and valid for ten years. You get the certificate number and a link as soon as it is live.
- What is not included
- An EPC is not a survey, a valuation, or a condition report. It assesses energy performance only, using the standard RdSAP methodology.
